Cold chain intact, or we replace it
Temperature-controlled items arrive within their validated range. If our monitoring shows otherwise, the item is replaced. You do not have to prove anything.
Paperwork complete, or corrected same day
Every delivery carries batch numbers, expiry dates and authorisation references. A missing or incorrect document is fixed the same working day.
